For those desiring even more, the 14- and 16-inch MacBook Pro models, powered by M3 Pro and M3 Max chips respectively, promise unparalleled performance. Coders, researchers, and creatives are in for a treat with these power-packed devices. Notably, the M3 Pro and M3 Max versions are now available in an exquisite space black finish, adding a touch of elegance to raw power.

Each MacBook Pro in this new lineup boasts of a vibrant Liquid Retina XDR display, ensuring brighter and sharper visuals. Additional features include a 1080p camera, an immersive six-speaker audio system, and extensive connectivity options. And with a battery life of up to 22 hours, these devices are primed for portability, delivering consistent performance whether they’re plugged in or not. Customers won’t have to wait long; orders start today with availability from November 7.

John Ternus, Apple’s Senior Vice President of Hardware Engineering, expressed his excitement, stating, “The MacBook Pro, with its game-changing features and capabilities, empowers users to produce their life’s best work. New features like Dynamic Caching and hardware-accelerated ray tracing promise to reshape graphics rendering, making it more efficient and realistic.

For the everyday user, the 14-inch MacBook Pro with M3 offers up to 60% faster performance than its predecessor, the 13-inch MacBook Pro with M1. Whether it’s rendering in Final Cut Pro, code compilation in Xcode, or spreadsheet processing in Microsoft Excel, this device promises to outshine its peers.

For professionals with more intensive workflows, the M3 Pro is the go-to choice. It’s optimized for tasks like filtering in Adobe Photoshop, DNA sequencing in Oxford Nanopore MinKNOW, or text editing in Adobe Premiere Pro. And for those at the pinnacle of professional needs, like 3D artists or machine learning programmers, the MacBook Pro with M3 Max stands unmatched. It’s designed for heavy-duty tasks and can handle extensive projects with ease, thanks to its support for up to 128GB of unified memory.
